WISDEM LAUNCH: PUTTING NONPHARMACOLOGICAL APPROACHES ON THE WORLD MAP

The wisdem network was officially launched at the ‘Global Alzheimer’s Research Summit’ in Madrid, an event promoted and hosted by the Fundación Reina Sofia and Fundació Pasqual Maragall as part of the year long initiative “Alzheimer International 2011: International year of research in Alzheimer’s and Related Neurodegenerative Diseases”. 

With more than 1700 registered attendees to the nonpharmacological programme, this two day event offered a unique and unprecedented opportunity to showcase the latest developments in both scientific and nonpharmacological research from across the globe.
